As a sales agent with Tim Smith Real Estate Group, Evan Esraelian Taylor applies her extensive background in sales and marketing to help her clients achieve their real estate goals in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets. 

While earning her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Fresno Pacific University, Evan began her career working for local Public Relations agencies in Marketing and Advertising. She has specialized in both international and boutique marketing of products and services, as well as client relationships. After relocating to Southern California, Evan continued her work in advertising while working and gaining skills in sales and management.

Following 10 years in marketing and sales, Evan decided to pursue her long-time passion for real estate, working under one of Orange County’s top producing agents, Cristi Ulrich. In her more than five years working with Cristi and Tim Smith Real Estate Group, Evan has honed her skills and knowledge in negotiations, transaction coordination, housing trends and, above all, uncompromising customer service tailored to the needs to each unique client.
