A Laguna Beach native, Mahlia has been with Tim Smith Real Estate Group since 2012 after a successful career in the global corporate hospitality industry. 

Passionate for local knowledge and full of optimistic enthusiasm, Mahlia’s adept communication skills help her target and execute client’s real estate needs. With over $100mm in closed transactions, her experience includes assisting buyers and sellers throughout coastal Orange County. 

A graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, she holds a B.A. in Global Studies and brings an international perspective and heightened sense of customer service to the ever-changing real estate industry. 

Mahlia resides in southern Orange County with her husband, son and rescue pup. Her personal passions include travel, sustainability and the great outdoors.
