As the Operations Manager for The Smith Group, Maleny spearheads all day-to-day operations with a vast array of finely honed skills to ensure a seamless transaction for every valued client. Maleny’s diligent work ethic, attention to detail, and comprehensive understanding of the industry has enabled her to successfully manage hundreds of properties in her eight-year tenure with the Smith Group, proving her to be a vital member of the team. Amongst clients and colleagues alike, Maleny has earned the reputation for her exemplary customer service and tenacious attitude - a key component in bringing our clients' real estate goals to fruition.
Purchasing her first investment property at only 21 years old, Maleny too, understands the concerns that homeowners face today. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in conjunction with her superb communication skills and industry expertise, Maleny has the tools and skill set essential to supporting every client’s needs. With a diverse background in which she has resided in both Mexico and California, Maleny has developed fluency in three languages, personal passions in foreign travel, as well as, volunteering for underrepresented communities. Specifically, Maleny most enjoys serving children in the foster care system.
