Top Notch All The Way
My experience with Andy of selling my inherited duplex was top notch, all the way. Andy handled every aspect of the situation with grace and finesse, always understanding my position as a sudden widow making sure to do the right thing by my late husband's wishes while starting a new life of my own and mourning its greatest loss. I feel lucky to have called Andy after receiving a flyer in the mail, since I subsequently terminated my former realtor whom my husband had chosen but who seemed willing to accept any offer to make the sale. Andy, on the other hand, advertised in such a way as to find a buyer willing to pay the figure I had indicated. Not only that, but the emotional climate of the country during the Covid-19 pandemic and a momentous political change in leadership have put buyers in a state of panic, so I feel even more relieved in this particular new year (2021) to have been able to sell the property. Even though I still have not met Andy in person, as my husband and I had been living in Canada when he passed away and I moved back to the States but not the state of California, I feel as though he is a friend. His guidance, skills and reassurances were always there when needed. I am grateful to know Andy Dane Carter, and hope to meet him in person one day but intend to keep in touch regardless, as I know he can help me with my real estate interests.
