Our opinions of ourselves are the most important opinions… . If WE feel good about our own lives we seldom care what others say… . Studying this insight this morning really made me do some self reflection... . It has been uncommon for me to openly discuss how I used to be living such an UN-AUTHENIC life... . My beliefs in myself... . My self worth... . My self love... . My self value... . Were all so low... . And what this allowed to happen was... . I would let others dictate how I felt... . Based solely on their opinions of ME... . This is no way to live my friends... . And many of US do it on a daily basis... . It takes work, tears, more tears and a lot of getting 'honest' with yourself for something of this magnitude to change. . It is not an overnight success... . But thankfully I am living proof that the paradigm can change for US... . Finding a mentor... . Putting the tools to work on a daily basis that I was taught... . Being committed and fully vested with my goals on a daily basis... . Has changed my entire outlook on who I WAS vs who I AM now... . A lot of self reflection went into this morning's work on this and I can whole heartedly tell YOU I am nothing but grateful and forever changed... . Life is really good friends...
